Package contents #### ![Sensor-bee](https://help.cuby.mx/hs-fs/hubfs/Bee_vect.png?width=257&height=257&name=Bee_vect.png) Sensor Bee   ### 1.- Add your Bee - Make sure the Cuby G4 that this sensor will be linked to is added. - In the main menu of the Cuby App, select the sensors option. ![sensors](https://help.cuby.mx/hs-fs/hubfs/SENSORS_.jpg?width=576&height=398&name=SENSORS_.jpg) - Tap the '+' sign to add a new sensor. - Locate the QR code on the bottom of the Bee sensor and scan it with your smartphone. ![Bee-qr](https://help.cuby.mx/hs-fs/hubfs/Bee-qr.png?width=318&height=319&name=Bee-qr.png) - **Scan the QR code with your phone.** The app will activate your phone's camera, so you may need to grant permission if requested. - Select the Cuby G4 to which the Bee will be linked. - The app will display a screen where you can assign a name, set opening and closing times, and customize how you’d like to be notified for each event. ![configuracion-sensor-bee-eng](https://help.cuby.mx/hs-fs/hubfs/Bee-config-sensor-eng.jpg?width=289&height=642&name=Bee-config-sensor-eng.jpg) ### 2.- Installation --- #### Installation considerations Before installing, check for proper detection by positioning the sensor on the properly closed door or window. ![coloca-bee](https://help.cuby.mx/hs-fs/hubfs/Coloca.png?width=363&height=363&name=Coloca.png) For proper detection, both parts of the Bee Sensor should be aligned with each other and have a gap of no more than 1 cm. If the Bee parts are not aligned, detection will not function correctly. It is recommended to place the counterpart as close to the sensor as possible to maximize effectiveness.
