Smart Thermostat for Trane UMatch Systems.
1. Installation
Remove the original thermostat
- To separate both parts of your thermostat, slide the front panel upward and press down on the back panel.
- Disconnect the control cable connected to the original thermostat.
- Remove the screws from the base of the original thermostat.
2. Connect the Adapter
Take the control cable from the wall and connect it to the adapter, routing it underneath the base of the original thermostat.
Connect the central cable of the adapter to the original thermostat.
Cuby T is now powered on and will display the text 'CONFIG' on the screen.
Place the adapter inside the junction box, along with the excess cables, leaving the 2-wire cable free below the thermostat.
Attach the front panel to the original thermostat.
3. Attach the Cuby T to the Thermostat
- Take the plastic bracket and align it with the thermostat.
2. Carefully coil the excess 2-wire cable inside the Cuby T casing.
3. Place the Cuby T on top of the thermostat.
4. First, position the top part of the Cuby T, then press the bottom part until you hear a click.
