      How to invoice a purchase on the website?

      You have 30 days to request an invoice for your order.

      Send an Email to facturación@cuby.mx with the following details to generate your invoice:

      • Order number.
      • Tax status certificate (PDF).
      • CFDI usage.
      • Payment method for your order (Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer).
